Suzanne Cook

Suzanne Cook is an experienced professional in fraud management and insurance claims, currently serving as the Director of Fraud Management at Canada Life since 2018. In this role, Suzanne oversees the overall fraud strategy, detection and analytics, investigations, and client support. Prior experience includes managing fraud operations at Great-West Life and serving as a senior business analyst. Earlier in Suzanne's career, significant roles included Manager of Claims at Western Life Assurance, where responsibilities encompassed the entire claims handling process, and Manager of Special Risk Underwriting at Sutton Special Risk, focusing on complex underwriting and policy development. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French language from the University of Manitoba, alongside additional education from McGill University and Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
