Tom Hoare

Tom Hoare is a Senior Actuary at Canada Life, starting in February 2024, where the focus is on reinsurance strategy and implementation within the Bulk Purchase Annuities team. Previously, Tom worked as a Risk Settlement Consultant at Aon from November 2022 to January 2024 and held various roles at Hymans Robertson, including Associate Actuarial Consultant, Actuarial Trainee Consultant, and Actuarial Intern from September 2017 to October 2022 and July 2016 to August 2016, respectively. Early experience includes a position as a Data & Stats Officer at Ofqual during July and August 2014. Tom holds a degree in MMORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics) from the University of Warwick, completed in 2017.
