Monte Weis

Monte Weis is an experienced professional in the automotive sector, currently serving as the National Advisor for Automotive Sector at Canada's Forest Trust Corporation since January 2024 and as a Founding Partner at THE PAD since July 2023, which is recognized for introducing the first padel club in the 416 area. Monte has been the Chairperson of the Weis Group, focused on enhancing automotive retail experiences, since May 1996. Additionally, Monte held the role of Global Development Director at DSMA - Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions from March 2022 to March 2023, contributing to the firm’s reputation in automotive mergers and acquisitions. Educationally, Monte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University, completed in 1996.
