Erin Ciccone possesses a diverse background in management, recruitment, and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Manager of T&O Student Programs at RBC since May 2017. Previous roles at RBC include Senior Recruiter for Tech & Digital, Financial Planning Analyst, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Strategy Coordinator for Caribbean Banking. Erin's experience also encompasses a role as Ride Specialist & Recruiter at Canada's Wonderland from April 2017 to June 2024, and earlier as Team Lead at the same company. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Organizational Leadership between 2013 and 2017.
