Tisha Doobay

Tisha Doobay is an experienced workforce management professional currently serving as the Workforce Manager and Area Manager of Employment Services at Canada's Wonderland since January 2017. In this role, Tisha oversees all operations in the Employment Services department, including park-wide seasonal payroll and inventory management. Tisha's background includes experience as an HR Generalist, managing the Human Resources team and overseeing training and development for new hires. Previously, Tisha held several positions within the organization, including Area Supervisor of Human Resources and Employment/HRIS Coordinator. Tisha holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational/Business Psychology from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
