Hok Phally

Hok Phally has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of IT Services and the Head of IT Governance, Procurement, and Project Management at Canadia Bank since August 2009. Previously, Hok worked as an Assistant to the Head of IT Services, focusing on web development and IT service desk management at Canadia Bank Plc. from September 2009 to February 2022, overseeing graphic and website design projects. Prior roles include Editor of IT Magazine at Net i Solution, where Hok researched and wrote technology-related content, and Graphic Designer at Perfect Furniture, responsible for furniture layout and design. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Norton University, a certification in English writing skills from ELT, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Phnom Penh International University.
