Eric Espe

Eric Espe possesses extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Accounting at CAPREIT since January 2017, overseeing treasury, accounts payable, and utility accounting. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Hudson's Bay Company from November 2008 to January 2017, including Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics and Senior Manager of Vendor Contracts & Controls. Eric began the career at PPG Canada Inc. as Accounts Payable Supervisor from 2003 to 2008. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Ryerson University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
