Navsher Nain

Navsher Nain has over 10 years of experience in project management and business transformation. Navsher is currently working as the Director of Business Transformation Enterprise Wide at Canadian Bearings, where they lead initiatives for business process optimization, ERP implementation, and organizational/cultural transformation. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Epicure Foods Corp., leading a complex initiative to implement NetSuite in Canada and the US. Navsher has also held roles as an Implementation Lead/Senior Project Manager at Symcor, a Senior Project Manager at Oracle and NetSuite, and a Senior Project Manager at Ceridian Canada. Earlier in their career, Navsher worked as the Director of Projects at Mayflower Innovative Solutions Inc., the Business Manager at Netland Information Private Ltd, and the Project Director at Aptech Ltd, where they successfully built and managed teams and implemented innovative systems and processes.

Navsher Nain holds a Master's degree from Panjab University. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Additionally, they are a diploma holder in Information Systems Management from NCC - UK. Navsher Nain has also obtained certifications such as MCSE from Microsoft, PMP from PMI, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, as well as from SCRUMstudy.
