Jennifer Dixon, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, talent acquisition, and HR services. Jennifer is currently serving as the Project Management Lead at Canadian Blood Services since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and Supervisor of HR Services (East) at Canadian Blood Services from 2017 to 2019 and 2016 to 2017 respectively. Before joining Canadian Blood Services, they held the position of HR Recruitment Specialist at the same organization from 2014 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Ceridian Canada Ltd., where they served as the Team Lead of Ceridian Recruiting from 2012 to 2013 and Recruitment Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2007 to 2012. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Senior Recruiter at GSA Search Consultants from 2003 to 2007 and as a Search Consultant at Robertson Surrette from 2001 to 2002.

Jennifer began their professional journey as a Recruiting Coordinator at Keane Canada from 1998 to 2001. Overall, they have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with extensive experience in project management and HR services.

Jennifer Dixon, MBA, obtained their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University from 2003 to 2009. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University, which they completed from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification from AIRS in 2010. Jennifer has further certifications, including PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in March 2020, as well as a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International obtained in 2018 and a Performance-Based Hiring certification from LinkedIn obtained in 2016.
