Steven Hepburn

Steven Hepburn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Canada Border Services Agency since May 2014. In this role, Steven conducts research, analyzes information, prepares reports, liaises with partners, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. Steven also held positions as Strategic Advisor to both the Director General and the Director, as well as Senior and Junior Program Officer during tenure at CBSA. Prior to this, Steven acted as Vice-President of Philanthropy and Activism at AEDSA, planning impactful events for International Development students at the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Steven worked as a Pet Expert at Global Pet Foods, addressing nutrition needs of pets, and served as a Student Trustee for the Near North District School Board, representing the concerns of 11,000 students. Steven holds a Bachelor of Social Science in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
