Dr. Nairouz Bader is a distinguished entrepreneur and expert in talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership consulting, with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Since January 2015, Dr. Bader has served as Chief Executive Officer at Envision Partnership and held roles such as CEO MENA at IIC Partners until April 2021. Currently, Dr. Bader serves as a Board Director and Head of CBC events for the Canadian Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Additionally, Dr. Bader is an Official Osec Expert for OSEC and holds various leadership positions with the AESC, including Global Board Director and Chairwoman for the Middle East. Dr. Bader's educational background includes two MBAs, one from the American University in London and another in Managerial Leadership from City University, USA.
