Judith Bray

VP Research at Canadian Cancer Society

Judith Bray has a diverse work experience. Judith started their career as a Research Fellow at the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton, AB, from 1978 to 1984. Judith then worked as an Educator and Program Developer at the Canada Science and Technology Museum from 1990 to 2000. From 2000 to 2014, they served as an Assistant Director at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, where they built partnerships, developed strategic research initiatives, and authored various reports and documents. In 2014, they started their own consulting business, Judy Bray Consulting, as an Independent Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of VP Research at the Canadian Cancer Society since March 2018.

Judith Bray pursued their education in the field of Cancer Research. From 1973 to 1976, they attended the Cancer Research Campaign Laboratories at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Ilminster Girls' Grammar School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
