Paula McKinlay

Paula McKinlay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in volunteer engagement and fundraising, currently serving as the Manager of Volunteer Engagement Mission Recruitment and Signature Program Specialist at the Canadian Cancer Society since February 2010. In this role, Paula oversees staff and operations for prominent programs such as Relay for Life and CIBC Run for the Cure across various regions in Canada. Additionally, Paula aids in recruiting major donors, including notable organizations like Ontario Power Generation, Leadwave Technologies, and Shell Canada. Prior to this, Paula held positions as a Fundraising Coordinator at RBC Centre and Sarnia Sting from April 2002 to February 2010, and as Community Events, Sponsorship & Donations Manager at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. from April 1999 to April 2002. Paula earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a focus in Psychology from the University of Guelph between 1990 and 1993.
