Erin Gavaghan

Erin Gavaghan currently serves as Managing Director at the Canadian College of Performing Arts since October 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Executive Director & Joint CEO at Clean Break Theatre Company from October 2018 to October 2024. Erin's experience includes serving as a Board Trustee and Company Secretary at Deafinitely Theatre from July 2012 to January 2019, and as Executive Director and Deputy Director at Siobhan Davies Dance, where responsibilities included organizational development and financial management. Erin also has extensive experience in operational management as General Manager at Soho Theatre and as Deputy General Manager and Front of House Manager at Royal Albert Hall. Erin holds a Master's degree in Art Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Victoria.
