Kayla Cloutier has extensive experience in various roles within organizations related to management, auditing, and program coordination. Currently serving as Acting Manager and having held multiple positions at the Canadian Dairy Commission since April 2015, Kayla has also contributed as Audit Project Leader and Senior Auditor. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher-Writer at the Association française des municipalités de l'Ontario and a Summer Program Agent at Muséoparc Vanier, where Kayla created and managed educational programs. Additional roles in proofreading, research assistance, teaching assistance, and youth program coordination highlight a diverse skill set. Kayla holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Ottawa and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Laurentian University.

The Canadian Dairy Commission is a Crown corporation which was established in 1966 with the mandate of coordinating federal and provincial dairy policies and creating a control mechanism for milk production which would help stabilize revenues and avoid costly surpluses.
