Michael Landa

Michael Landa, CPA, CA, CIA, currently serves as Chief Internal Auditor for both The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) and the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) since May 2023, and has held the same position at TSX Trust since March 2018. Additionally, Michael Landa has been with TMX Group since June 2013, taking on roles including Managing Director and Head of Internal Audit, Interim VP, and Director of Internal Audit. Prior experience includes a position as Assurance Senior at MSCM LLP and as Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young, where oversight of multiple staff members was a key responsibility. Michael Landa began the career as a Summer Intern at Ernst & Young in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a B.Comm in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
