Craig Garvie has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and client development. Craig has held various positions in the Canadian Football League, starting as a Business Development & Account Coordinator in Corporate Partnerships in October 2015. Craig then progressed to become an Account Manager and eventually a Senior Account Manager in the same department. From March 2018 to June 2021, they worked as a Director of Global Partnerships. Craig was then promoted to AVP, Revenue & Marketing Operations from July 2021 to February 2023, and is currently serving as the Vice President, Marketing since February 2023. Prior to their CFL roles, they were a Sponsorship & Events Coordinator at Publicis for eight months in 2015. Before that, they worked as a Marketing & Client Development professional at Carson Dunlop from April 2014 to December 2014.

Craig Garvie completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from Queen's University in the years 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing at George Brown College from 2014 to 2015. In 2012 to 2013, they also engaged in full-time non-degree continuing education in French Language and Literature at Queen's University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2021. In 2014, they received CPR Level A + AED certification from St. John Ambulance Ontario. Additionally, they hold a Federal Bilingual Program Certificate (Oral & Written Communication) from Université de Montréal obtained in 2012 and a Bilingual Certificate - French Immersion from Ontario Secondary Schools acquired in 2008.

Canadian Football League
