Lisa Cameron

Lisa Cameron has a strong background in program management, with experience in the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services and the Department of National Defence. In their most recent role as Associate Director Deployment Support, they demonstrated the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, align program scope with strategic objectives, and execute program management processes. Prior to this, as Manager Deployment Policies and Resources, they oversaw a multimillion-dollar program to provide Canadian programming to CAF members deployed overseas. Additionally, they served as the Service Machine Manager at Waste Management, where they ensured compliance with company standards and acted as a single point of reference for service design and delivery across Canada.

Lisa Cameron has a diverse education history. In 1996-1999, they attended St. Lawrence College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. In 2020-2021, Lisa obtained a Certificate in Women's Leadership Program from the Yale School of Management. In the same year, they also completed a program on Managing Challenging Conversations at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Additionally, Lisa obtained a certification in Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management Executive Education in 2021.
