Scott Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott started in 1999 as the National Head of Professional Sports sector at Bank of America/MBNA Canada, where they were responsible for sports partnerships, sales, contract negotiations, and business development. In 2006, they joined MBNA as the Head of Affinity Partnerships, a role they held until 2012. During this time, they also served as the COO and Agent for Martina Navratilova. In 2014, they transitioned to TD as the Director of Business Development/Partnership Management for TD Aeroplan. Scott then joined Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services in 2016 as the Associate Vice President of Corporate Development for Support Our Troops.
Scott Johnson completed an Executive Leadership Course at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Program in Classical studies at Western University from 1993 to 1997.
