Stephanie O'Donnell

Stephanie O'Donnell, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager (Central) for Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services since December 2020, with previous roles including Acting Regional Manager Human Resources (ON) and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this position, Stephanie held the title of Senior Human Resources Manager at Groupe Savoie from August 2016 to December 2020 and was a Human Resources Manager at Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd from July 2015 to August 2016, where responsibilities involved consulting on complex HR issues, recruitment, onboarding, mediation, and performance management. Earlier experiences include serving as a Human Resources Advisor/Generalist with GNB and McCain Foods Ltd. Stephanie holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from UNB Fredericton, an MBA in Business & Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton, and a J.D. from Université de Moncton.
