Tanya Marchenko

Tanya Marchenko has extensive experience in information management and technology, currently serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services since January 2014. In this role, Tanya acts as a trusted partner to the CIO, overseeing the Office of the CIO and leading cross-functional initiatives. Previous roles at Canadian Forces Personnel and Family Support Services included National Manager of Business Applications, where Tanya implemented a formal Systems Development Life Cycle and established a Quality Assurance function, and Corporate Systems Operations Manager, managing nationwide IT operations and executing data center relocations. Earlier experience includes web development roles at CFPSA and JSC Minsk Automobile Plant. Tanya holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Belarusian State University.
