Stephen Symonds

Stephen Symonds is a seasoned professional in member services and community engagement with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Manager of Member Services at the Canadian Franchise Association since June 2022, Stephen is responsible for administering member programs, driving membership renewals, managing the annual Awards program, and overseeing daily operations. Prior roles include Senior Coordinator of Member Programs and Manager of Community Events/Engagement at InsightaaS, where Stephen played a key role in designing and executing IT symposiums while managing industry communities with over 2,500 decision makers. Stephen's background also includes experience as a Fitness Coach at Killerfit Performance Academy and positions in sales and marketing at IT in Canada and IDC Canada. Stephen holds a BA in Economics from York University and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Centennial College.
