Dr. Chantal Graveline has a varied and extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Dr Chantal currently holds the position of Vice-president of Research & Innovation at CHS Global Partnerships for Research & Innovation since April 2022. Dr Chantal previously served as the Vice President of Programs and Services & COO at Canadian Hearing Services from September 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Client Services at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario from January 2013 to June 2016. Dr Chantal'searlier roles include the VP Clinical and Residential Programs/Executive Director Strategic and Corporate Planning at Baycrest from 2008 to 2012, the Executive Director of Lyndhurst and Cardiac Rehab Center at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute from 2006 to 2008, the VP Programs and Services at COTA Health from 2003 to 2006, and the Director of Rehabilitation Services at The Hospital for Sick Children from 1993 to 2003.

Dr Chantal Graveline has a diverse and extensive education history. Dr Chantal began their academic journey in 1980 at the Université de Montréal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Afterward, they pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from the University of Toronto in 1993. Continuing their academic pursuits, they obtained a PhD in Neurosciences from the University of Toronto in 1999. Dr. Graveline also attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2000 to 2002, earning an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a focus on executive business strategy and development. Finally, they completed their education in 2019 at the Canadian College of Health Services Executives, where they acquired the designation of CHE (Certified Health Executive).
