Erica Withey

Erica Withey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination and project management within health and development sectors. Currently serving as a Program Specialist in Data Standards at the Canadian Institute for Health Information since April 2022, Erica has been instrumental in the development of pan-Canadian data standards and frameworks while promoting CIHI's involvement in data governance. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at CADTH, where Erica managed drug reimbursement review projects, and Project Coordinator at the Canadian Medical Protective Association, contributing to the implementation of a Business Application Strategy. Erica's foundational experiences also include significant project management and proposal development roles at organizations like WUSC and Anza, leading successful initiatives and securing substantial funding. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies and has completed various qualifications, including a Postgraduate Certificate in International Development.
