Lisa Nowlan, CCIP, MEd BJourn, has extensive experience in strategic communications and program management within the health sector. Currently serving as a Program Consultant at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) since May 2010, Lisa has held multiple roles, including Program Lead for Thematic Priorities and Senior Strategic Initiatives Analyst, focusing on advancing organizational priorities and enhancing health system use. Prior to CIHI, Lisa was the National Director of Communications for Scouts Canada, where responsibilities included media relations and serving as the organization's chief spokesperson. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Communications Advisor at the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health and Team Lead for Communications at Accreditation Canada.
