Piraba Santhiralingam

Piraba Santhiralingam, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Manager of Finance Business Partner Services at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) since August 2019, leading the annual budgeting process and managing divisional budgeting with a focus on quantitative analysis. Previously, Santhiralingam held various finance management roles at Canada Post from 2004 to 2019, including overseeing custom bid business cases to ensure profitability and improving team processes for financial reporting. Early career experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Air Canada. Santhiralingam holds a High Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, along with a Certified Management Accountant designation from CPA Canada and a diploma in Operational Research. Recently, Santhiralingam pursued a Foundational Certificate in Change Leadership from Schulich ExecEd.
