Monica Sourial is an experienced analyst with a background in health research and policy development. Currently serving as an Analyst in the Performance and Results division at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research since February 2021, Monica has previously held roles including Programme Associate at UNODC and Research Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada. Monica's experience encompasses evaluation of international drug control compliance, data analysis, synthesis of research findings, and development of strategic plans. With a Master's degree in Health, Policy and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Carleton University, Monica has cultivated strong research and analytical skills while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
