Tommy Grouev MBA, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in program design and delivery within the research sector. Currently at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research since August 2014, Tommy has held various roles related to peer review services, including managing the 2015 Transitional Open Operational Grant Program. Prior positions include Program Officer at the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, where Tommy managed advanced research programs, and roles at the Standards Council of Canada, focusing on policy advice and stakeholder relations. Tommy's earlier experience includes international education program management at the Canadian Bureau for International Education and consulting roles in market strategy and research.
