Sanita Alias

Sanita Alias is currently the Vice President of People, Culture and Brand at CIRA. Prior to this role, Sanita worked at Rockwell Automation as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Canada. With a background in Human Resources, Sanita also held HR positions at Plasco Energy Group, Defence Construction Canada, and CryoCath Technologies. Sanita holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Ottawa, a D.E.C in Honours Social Sciences from John Abbott College, and a Queen's Advanced Executive Certificate from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
