Lisa Olson

Lisa Olson, CPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Canadian Light Source Inc. since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Human Resource Management, executing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Saskatoon Police Service from July 2005 to November 2022, managing employment processes, training, performance management, and occupational health and safety. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Saskatchewan, a Labour Management Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan, and an Advanced Human Resources Diploma from Queen's University.
