Gregory MacDougall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business system development, project management, and sustainable improvement, particularly within leading corporations. Currently serving as President of GMACDOUGALL CONSULTING since July 2012, Gregory has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing client value through effective management operating systems. As a Peer Council Learning Facilitator for Senior Business Leaders at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, Gregory collaborates with peers to foster innovation and growth in manufacturing. Gregory also participated as a volunteer on the Program Advisory Committee for Ontario Community Colleges, focusing on the Manufacturing Leadership Certificate Program. Previously, Gregory held the role of Advisory Specialist at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services from January 2009 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include Associate's degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from McMaster University and Quality Control and Safety Technologies from Mohawk College.
