Thomas Hayes has over 39 years of experience in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Technology Peer Council Facilitator at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters since August 2021, previous roles include Vice President of Global Sales and Life Sciences Manufacturing Expert at ATS Automation, where responsibilities included leading sales teams and developing turnkey manufacturing solutions for medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Earlier in their career, Thomas held various senior positions at Alcon, including Vice President of North American Operations, overseeing multiple manufacturing and R&D facilities globally. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, obtained in 1982.
