Matt Zwicker

Matt Zwicker is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Project Engineer at Canadian Maritime Engineering Ltd. since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating project management activities and leading a team for government vessel overhauls and refits. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Ship Designer at Serco, developing functional spreadsheets for component tracking for the Joint Support Ship (JSS) project. Matt’s background also includes roles as a Piping Designer and Field Service Engineer at Irving Shipbuilding, focusing on piping systems for Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships, and earlier engineering roles at Trecan Combustion Limited, where project contributions included combustion systems and automated cleaning systems. Matt holds a Bachelor's diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and has also attended Saint Mary's University and Nova Scotia Community College.
