Sophie Nadeau

Sophie Nadeau has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of media and communications. Sophie has held various positions with different organizations throughout their career.

Starting in 2023, Nadeau works at the Canadian Medical Association as the Vice President of CMA Media, where they lead a team to support and promote reliable health information in the Canadian media ecosystem.

From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Edelman, initially as the National Media and Executive Training Lead and later as the Vice President of Corporate Reputation, Executive Training, and National Earned Media. At Edelman, Nadeau provided strategic communication advice to clients and helped them connect with the media effectively.

Prior to that, they ran their own consultancy called Sophie Nadeau Media Consulting from 2014 to 2016, where they worked as a Media and Public Relations Consultant. Sophie helped clients navigate the changing and complex media landscape.
