Daniel Archambault has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Daniel is currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at the Canadian Museum of History. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BGR North America Ltd., where they provided support for the growth of the organization. Daniel also founded and served as the President of MNGT Design Consulting Inc., delivering management consulting services to various clients. Additionally, Daniel has held leadership positions in Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada and Environment and Climate Change Canada, where they provided strategic and advisory services in HR management. Daniel has also worked at Pierre Charette and Associates as a Senior Associate and at Management Design as the President and Founder, providing consulting services in organizational development, strategic planning, performance measurement, and talent acquisition. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Professor at Université du Québec en Outaouais.

Daniel Archambault has a Master's degree in Project Management from Université du Québec en Outaouais. Daniel also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, with a field of study in Human Resources Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management, both from Université du Québec en Outaouais. In addition, they are a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2020, and has a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from Psychometrics Canada, obtained in 2008.
