Claudia B. has extensive experience in audit and internal controls, currently serving as Manager of SOX & ERM at CN since May 2000. Responsibilities include coordinating SOX documentation, managing quarterly certifications, and liaising with auditors and business process owners. Claudia has successfully implemented various SOX processes and the COSO 2013 Framework. Previously, Claudia held senior audit positions at PSB Boisjoli, LLP and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, focusing on audit execution, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma and Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Concordia University, as well as a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Pure and Applied Science from Vanier College.
