Herman Searcy

Herman Searcy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and transportation management. Currently serving as AVP Network Operations at CN since January 2014, Searcy has held various leadership roles, including AVP Network Operations Planning, General Superintendent, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Transportation Manager. Prior to this, Searcy worked at CSX as an Assistant Track Supervisor from March 2010 to December 2013, and served in the US Army from June 2006 to January 2013. Searcy earned a Master of Business Administration specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from The University of Findlay.
