Jay Roberts

Jay Roberts is an experienced professional in the transportation and sales sectors, currently serving as Director of Customer Service, Director of Service Design, Director of Passenger Operations, and Director of Sales for Petroleum & Chemicals and Bulk in CN since December 2016. Prior roles at CN from 2011 to December 2015 include Director of Sales for Canadian Coal and National Account Manager for Bulk. Earlier experience includes positions at CN from 2004 to 2010 as Assistant Superintendent and Trainmaster, as well as roles at BC Rail and Canada Steamship Lines in business development and technology. Jay Roberts holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
