Jean-Philippe Caisse

Jean-Philippe Caisse, CRHA, currently serves as Supervisor of HR Operations at CN since September 2020, where prior roles included HR Operations Specialist, COVID-19 Team Lead, and HR Service Center Advisor. Between October 2017 and February 2018, Jean-Philippe contributed as a research assistant at McGill University, focusing on the acquisition of grammatical gender by second language learners of French under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Lee. Jean-Philippe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), obtained in 2020, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation & Technology Management at École de technologie supérieure from 2023 to 2025.
