Kevin Rivera

Kevin Rivera is currently a Manager of IT Critical Systems Operations at CN, where Kevin conducts root cause analysis for Positive Train Control (PTC) events per Federal Railroad Administration requirements. Kevin also plays a significant role in the recruitment and development of the PTC Tier 1 support desk. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Field Service Technician at Walgreens, handling the installation and maintenance of electronic equipment, and as a Master Technician at Staples, leading a team in computer repairs and installations. Kevin holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from DeVry University.
