Tamar Erol

Tamar Erol is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in operations and IT recruitment. Currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition in both Operations and IT at CN since August 2020, Tamar has previously held the role of Talent & Career Transition Manager at SV Academy, where responsibilities included managing staffing specialists and enhancing recruitment processes. Tamar's earlier experience includes over nine years at Publicis Sapient, progressing through roles from Campus Recruiter to Senior IT Recruiter and Recruitment Operations Lead, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment and team leadership. Tamar's career began with an HR Specialist Internship at Scotiabank and a Reporting Coordinator position at Agellan Capital Partners Inc. Tamar holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from York University and additional education from Seneca Polytechnic.
