Anthony Tran

Anthony Tran, MSc, P.Geo, is a hydrogeologist at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since August 2019. With an MSc in Earth Sciences, Geochemistry, and Hydrogeology from the University of Melbourne, Anthony conducted innovative laboratory trials on waste contamination and carbon dioxide mitigation technologies during a prior role. Experience includes an internship at the Geological Survey of Victoria assessing resource development projects and extensive roles at Suncor Energy from 2009 to 2016, where responsibilities ranged from evaluating geo-engineering data to optimizing mine operations and compliance management. Anthony's early internships involved fieldwork focused on geological exploration and core logging for rare earth elements.
