Kent Carter is an experienced engineer with a strong background in reservoir and exploitation engineering. Currently, Kent serves as an Exploitation Engineer at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since November 2012, focusing on reservoir engineering support in the Deep Basin North area of the WCSB, and previously played a key role in optimizing production at the Pelican Lake Oil Field. Prior experience includes roles as a Reservoir Engineer at Barrick Energy Inc., where Kent managed waterflood production, and as a Reserves Engineer at Talisman Energy, contributing to significant corporate functions related to reserves and cash flow reporting. Kent began the career with a strong foundation in operations engineering and programming, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Toronto.
