Leonardo Hadi

Leonardo Hadi, P.Eng., MBA is an experienced professional in the mining and oil sands industries, currently serving as Superintendent, Mine Operations Projects at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since 2017, overseeing essential project execution, budget management, and workforce supervision. Prior roles include Project Engineer and Field Coordinator at Shell, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, contract management, and operational compliance, as well as a Geotechnical Engineer position focused on QA/QC for various construction projects. Earlier experience at Vale involved mine planning and engineering for underground hard rock mining, complemented by support roles in operations and maintenance at Graymont and Shell. Leonardo Hadi holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
