Michelle Gabriel

Michelle Gabriel serves as a Turnaround Safety Coordinator at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since January 2022, with responsibilities spanning safety and compliance in the Froth, Utilities & Power Distribution Department. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Project Safety Specialist at Primoris Services Corporation, focusing on CNRL Horizon & Albian projects and maintenance safety at Syncrude Base & Aurora. As a Safety and Change Management Specialist at ClearHawk Consulting since 2009, Michelle has implemented safety protocols and risk assessments while collaborating on change management strategies to enhance workplace safety culture. Michelle holds an OH&S Diploma from the University of Fredericton, an NCSO from the Alberta Construction Safety Association, and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Cornell University.
