Moe Ghorbanie is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and structural engineering within the oil sands and natural resources sectors. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and previously as a Civil Structural Engineer at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since June 2017, Moe has extensive experience in leading structural projects, having held the role of Lead Structural Engineer at AMEC from July 2006 to September 2014 and Civil Structural Engineer at Shell from September 2014 to June 2017. Moe's academic credentials include a PhD in Earthquake / Structural Engineering from Carleton University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Structural and Civil Engineering, respectively, from Sharif University of Technology. Additionally, Moe contributed to the academic field as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering at Carleton University.
