Vaden Freake

Vaden Freake is an experienced power engineer currently working at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) as a 3rd Class Power Engineer and control room operator since January 2013, with responsibilities including operating multiple utility boilers and overseeing a water treatment plant. Prior to CNRL, Vaden held a position at Syncrude Canada Ltd. from September 2008 to January 2013, focusing on utilities involving boilers and power generation. Vaden began a career in the industry as a Journeyman Scaffolder and Foreman at Aluma Systems from May 2002 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Power Engineering degree from Keyano College, covering both 4th and 3rd Class certifications, and an aircraft maintenance and electrical engineering degree from the School of Aviation.
