James Tarsky, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career at Carleton University as the President of the Sprott Business Students Society. James then worked as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche before moving on to roles at Nav Canada, where they served as a Manager in Pension Plan Accounting and Control Testing.

Following this, James joined MV Credit as a Financial Controller and later joined The Minto Group as the Controller/Director of Finance, Investment Properties. During their time at The Minto Group, they also held the position of Director of Investor Relations, where they oversaw all investor-facing interactions and worked on building the Minto Capital brand.

After leaving The Minto Group, James worked as an Independent Contractor, taking on roles as the Corporate Controller at TechInsights, the Financial Controller at BMT, and the Controller at ProntoForms. In these positions, they dealt with financial planning, analysis, and control of various companies.
