Chelsea Rogers has extensive experience in financial planning and business management, currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Macy's since April 2012. In this role, Chelsea has progressed through various positions including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Senior Finance Manager. Prior to Macy's, Chelsea worked at Donnellon McCarthy from June 2008 to April 2012, achieving notable sales growth and managing over 300 accounts as a Sales Representative/Territory Manager. Chelsea began professional career as an Energy Office Intern at the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, where responsibilities included organizing statewide workshops and collaborating on renewable energy programs.
