Michał Jarocki

Michał Jarocki possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Operations Control Center Duty Manager at Canadian North since March 2009. Responsibilities include managing the daily flight schedule for the company’s aircraft and routes, focusing on safety, customer service, and profitability. Previous roles at Canadian North include Chief Duty Manager for Scheduled Operations and OCC, as well as Network Planning Support, where Michał was involved in medium to long-term fleet planning and schedule management. Prior experience includes the role of Flight Dispatcher at First Air and Porter Airlines Inc., and serving as a Flight Service Specialist with NAV CANADA. Michał holds a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales in Applied Physics Technologies - Energy Management from John Abbott College.
